Mission Statement

In this world, there is light and dark.

Why do people choose the dark (untruth) side often?

  •   Because it is easier
  •   Because it is dark
  •   Because it takes one away from reality
  •   Because it is unawareness
  •   Because it is away from the truth, it is based on deceit and lies

Why are people scared to be on the side of light (truth)?

  •   Because it is reality
  •   Because it is painful and hard
  •   Because it is like an operation without anesthesia
  •   Because it is awareness
  •   Because it is truthful and crystal clear

However in both sides there is pain..

On the dark side,

  •   There is unknowing pain
  •   There is ignorance
  •   There is a state of being unconscious of one’s actions

On the side of the light

  •   There is known pain
  •   There is wisdom
  •   There is a state of being conscious of one’s actions

We are scared of transition (any change) because it is painful, certainly very painful.

The dark side is like a caterpillar-ugly.

The light side is like a butterfly-colorful and beautiful.

There should be a middle way.

My goals is introduce a middle way to people who are interested in self, family and society.

We are bound to that.

Self: Self Discipline, self-acceptance and self-respect.

Family: There should be true communication, bonding and individuality

Society: We make our society. Society comprises of all of us. If you feel difficulty in being with society you should check yourself. The most pertinent and burning problem in the society is LONELINESS.

Loneliness: Leads to stress and anxiety, which leads to depression, which ultimately leads to insanity. Depression leads to self-destruction, dishonesty to one self and disrespect for oneself. Insanity reduces vision of understanding, increases illusions, people who are insane impose their thoughts on others and confuse them. These people use their thoughts to influence the weak minded.

Weak mind: catches destructive, evil and sadistic thoughts.

This is ever going cycle in our society. The insane people influence and torture the weak minded with their constant evil thoughts.

How can we break this cycle?

We need to undo the certain conditioning of the mind and come out of our shells.

We need to believe in real Goodness and Higher Power, which means that some power is watching over us, leading us and giving us infinite energy.

Many people believe that all the successes in their lives are a result of their own greatness. If it is their greatness, how come they can’t do anything when they are sad or in a depression?

People credit themselves for the good things and blame others or God for the bad things.

Scientists are interested in discovering medicines and vaccines for physical diseases but no one is ready to do something for the mental illness.

As a human being, I want to introduce some ways to benefit mental health.

How can one achieve this state of awareness or meditation: I have named this method ANTHARVANI.

Antharvani means looking into oneself. Its literal meaning means inner voice.

(Anthar: Inner, Vani: Voice)

Listen to your Inner voice.

If you want to listen, you have to be clear and accept that you are not in tune with nature.

You have to have the passion to know what is your true nature inside. To know how you are.

Why you act and behave the way you do.

Everyone should listen to your inner voice. That is how God intended us to live, but as generations pass by, we are moving away from this idea. We are moving away from the power of God and this path. We are becoming more robotic by following others instead of following our inner voices.

Antharvani will help you to the path of Self Awareness and inner self. It will take you inside yourself and help you go deep within yourself and help you realize what YOU are. This will also help you understand others easily. This is a matured way to reduce conflicts between people and stop some of the pollution in our society.

People have had a different approaches towards meditation. When people say the word meditation, they think of saints who are people that are ego-less, fearless and emotionless.

THIS IS NOT MEDITATION FOR ME!

I have my own vision of MEDITATION.

My vision is:  Meditation is anything you do knowingly with awareness. Meditation is Non-Duality, means thoughts, words and deeds should be One.

Example: If you are a smoker, you should know that you have to suffer for the habit and the important thing is you are not doing it out of pleasure. If you are doing it out of stress and you are aware of this and accept it, one day you will address your stress that caused you to take up the habit in the first place.

IF YOU KNOWINGLY, WITH FULL AWARENESS, DO SOMETHING, THEN YOU DON’T BLAME ANYBODY, NO PERSON, NO PLACE, AND NO SITUATION. SO YOU DO NOT SPREAD YOUR VIBRATIONS AND FRUSTRATION TO ANYBODY.

Everybody should follow certain things if they want to meditate:

  •   Do not listen to anyone else’s negative talks
  •   Do not entertain negative thoughts
  •   Whatever the emotions-check yourself and where they are originating from
  •   Whatever the frustrations are – check yourself; do not blame others.

We are the reason for our misery, for our goodness, badness. Situations, persons and things are only the conductors one can use to get to know ourselves, our souls.

Exercise is also important, you need to connect to the universe through breathing. It can be any type of systematic breathing.

If you are in some painful situation, first don’t blame anyone else, but instead look inside to get out of the situation, to realize from where the pain is coming from.

The heart is always right, if there is a question of choosing between the mind and the heart, mind is a creation of the society. It has been educated and accumulated from the society, not the originality of nature whereas the heart is unpolluted.

When you are able to see with no dust of knowledge on the mirror of your soul, when your soul is without any dust of knowledge, when it is just a mirror, it reflects that which is. That is wisdom. That reflection of that which is, is wisdom.

You accept yourself and in turn that makes you capable to accept others. And because somebody accepts them, they learn the beauty of acceptance for the first time – how peaceful it feels and they start accepting others. If the whole humanity comes to a point where everybody is accepted as it is, almost ninety percent misery will simply disappear.
